DELTA®-MAXX is Germany’s most popular breathable sarking sheet for fully insulated pitched roofs. 15 years of proven reliability.

Belonging to fire classification B as per EN 13501-1, the sarking sheet is certified flame-retardant, guarantees high step-through safety when ladders are used on battens (certified fall-through safety), and is highly tear-resistant and absolutely waterproof.

Next to DELTA®-MAXX X, DELTA®-MAXX PLUS energy-saver membrane, and DELTA®-MAXX WD, DELTA®-MAXX is the only sarking sheet to feature a moisture-retaining surface. DELTA®-MAXX is particularly safe because of its high permeability to vapour. The ‘moisture-retaining surface’ on the underside safely absorbs moisture even in extreme situations, gradually releasing it outward later on. The Sd value of c. 0.15m guarantees that moisture will be conveyed away safely.

Installation of DELTA®-MAXX

High tear resistance means maximum safety when ladders are used on battens. Unrolling the sheet is quick and precise because of its high strength lengthwise and crosswise. Easy to lay out because of the smooth spunbond on the underside. The checker structure embossed on the upper face simplifies laying by facilitating straight edges when cutting.
