A breathable and structured separation layer for metal-covered roofs

DELTA®-TRELA PLUS/DELTA®-TRELA may be used in all metal-covered pitched roofs and façades.
Measuring 8mm in height, the sheet’s dimpled random-fibre mat ensures that the undersides of the panels are permanently washed around by air. Serving as a drainage layer, the dimple structure reliably channels any moisture.

The special arrangement of the dimples enables DELTA®-TRELA PLUS/DELTA®-TRELA to be installed around details without regard to direction. The high density of the dimple structure ensured that panels may slide without being hampered by friction in the event of temperature fluctuations. Thanks to the breathability of the backing sheet (Sd c. 0.02m) any moisture remaining in the rafters or sheathing may safely migrate outside.

Rattling noise caused by rail or hailstones is reduced by up to 15dB (certified by the scientific and technical building centre in Brussels).

Installation of DELTA®-TRELA PLUS / DELTA®-TRELA

Always lay out DELTA®-TRELA PLUS/DELTA®-TRELA parallel to the gutter, with the dimple structure pointing up. Overlap the next sheet shingle-style to ensure that water can flow towards the gutter. The dimple structure of DELTA®-TRELA PLUS/DELTA®-TRELA is slip-proof and the covered surface is rain-proof. Use DELTA®-DICHTNAGEL to fasten the sheet edges on the gutter side. Obviously, DELTA®-TRELA PLUS/DELTA®-TRELA may also be used as interim roofing.
