Advantages
- Composite construction
An aluminium edge area combined with a multi-layer polyester fleece centre gives durable hip and ridge closures.
- Expansion reserve
Pronounced pleating in the edge area gives roughly 30% extra material, so the roll can be shaped to the profile of the covering.
- Tear-resistant underside
The film-coated aluminium underside resists tearing, for safe and quick installation.
- Three widths
Available in 240 mm, 310 mm and 380 mm to suit different covering profiles.
Where to Use
Unroll the product and staple it to the hip or ridge batten, aligning it using the product name printed on the centre section. Remove the release strip, shape the edge areas and press the adhesive strip down. Then fix the ridge or hip tile according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The substrate must be sound, dry and free of dust.
