30-year functional warranty
Dörken guarantees that a professionally installed DELTA®-MAXX PLUS keeps its watertightness (Class W1) for 30 years. If it fails in that time, Dörken replaces the material and also covers the cost of removal and re-installation.
Up to 30% less material
Adhesive strips on both edges mean the roll can simply be turned round and laid back the other way. Depending on roof size, pitch and shape, that can save up to 30% material compared with single-edge membranes.
High fire resistance
Euro fire class B makes it much harder for flames to spread, protecting the house and the people in it.
Lasting energy savings
The self-adhesive edges keep cold outside air and moisture out of the roof, cutting heat loss for years.
Tested fall-through protection
High tear strength combined with elasticity means it passed enhanced fall-through testing, making the roof safer to work on.

Where to Use

For fully insulated pitched roofs, meeting ZVDH product data sheets UDB / USB. It can also be used as temporary roofing, on timber sarking boards, and as a façade membrane behind ventilated cladding with closed joints.

Laying

Roll out parallel to the eaves, starting from either the left or right. Because there are adhesive strips on both edges, the roll can be turned 180° and laid back the other way. At hips and valleys you can carry on straight away with the angled-cut roll, so there are very few offcuts.

Once laid, peel off the backing strips and press the edges down. The adhesive grabs immediately and holds in wind. The smooth underside makes it quick to lay, and the printed grid on top is a handy cutting guide.
