DELTA®-REFLEX is a reflective air and vapour control layer for roofs, walls and ceilings. An embedded aluminium layer reflects around 50% of heat radiation back into the room (certified by the Fraunhofer Institute), which Dörken states can improve heat protection by up to 10%.

Scrim reinforcement makes it very tear-resistant (approx. 450/400 N/5 cm), and with an Sd value of around 150 m it blocks vapour completely, protecting insulation and timber from moisture damage. Installed with DELTA® system tapes and sealants, it stays airtight at every overlap and seam.

At about 150 g/m² it is light and easy to roll out straight, and its matte surface avoids glare while working. A 3 m wide roll is also available, ideal for light industrial roofs on aerated concrete or trapezoidal metal decks.

Features

This high value lastingly eliminates any chance of the heat insulation and the roof structure being harmed by diffusion processes. Also available in a sheet width of 3m: ideal for use in light industrial roofs with substructures consisting either of aerated concrete or trapezoidal metal sheets.

Installation of DELTA®-REFLEX

Its weight of c. 150g per square metre makes installation particularly easy. May be rolled off quickly in perfect alignment without buckling or pulling the sheet out of shape. The matte surface prevents irritating dazzle.
