Advantages
- Low-temperature processing
Safe application down to -5 °C.
- Fast setting
Sets quickly, closes pores and binds dust.
- Outdoor base seal
Can also prime soft wood fibre boards outdoors as a base for DELTA®-THENE.
Where to Use
The substrate must be free of ice, dust, formwork oil, grease, tar, pitch, old paint, loose parts and anything else that could affect adhesion. Seal damp substrates with a sealing slurry first. Stir thoroughly.
Apply by roller, brush, broom or spray to a dry, stable surface. Once set, the surface will be slightly tacky; if in doubt, do an adhesion test. After drying, lay DELTA®-THENE as normal, but warm the overlaps slightly, ideally with a hot-air blower, to improve adhesion of the bitumen rubber layer.
