DELTA-XX PLUS® UNIVERSAL: Breathable Roofing Membrane
DELTA-XX PLUS® UNIVERSAL is a vapour-permeable roofing underlay for pitched roofs. Laid over rafters or sarking boards, it protects the roof and insulation from wind-driven rain, snow and dust, while letting moisture from inside the building escape.
Supplied in Ireland by Commons House Design, the official Dörken DELTA® partner in Ireland, with a showroom in Athy, Co Kildare.

Where to Use
Can be used on pitched roofs with or without boarding (formwork). Meets ZVDH product data sheets UDB-A and USB-A, so it can also serve as temporary roofing. As well as under roof tiles, it can be used as a base layer under metal roof coverings, fibre cement panels or slate, and as a façade membrane behind ventilated cladding with closed joints.
It can also act as the airtight layer in recommended constructions with wood fibreboard.
