DELTA®-GEO DRAIN QUATTRO: 4-Layer Foundation Drainage Membrane
DELTA®-GEO DRAIN Quattro is a four-layer protection and drainage system for basement walls with flexible waterproofing. A micro-perforated slip sheet with fused geotextile acts as a second drainage layer, so water drains away safely even if the top edge of the waterproofing isn't perfectly sealed.
The slip sheet spreads soil pressure, the dimples facing the soil form a high-capacity drainage layer, and the filter fabric keeps them from silting up. It can be installed down to 10 m and also drains radon and methane gas.

Advantages
- Unique material composition
Four layers: micro-perforated sliding film, drainage fleece, dimpled sheet and laminated geotextile. Water behind the membrane drains away, reducing pressure on the waterproofing.
- Integrated self-adhesive edge
A smooth overlap with adhesive zone joins strips easily, keeps backfill out of the seam and stabilises the strips.
- 100 years tested durability
Tested for long-term resistance of up to 100 years, free of recycled material per DIN EN 13252, ageing resistance verified by independent accredited institutes.
- Ideal dimpled sheet
9 mm dimple height balances compressive strength, drainage performance and handling, with 2.4 l/s·m drainage capacity even at 10 m depth.
- Even load distribution
The sliding film gives 100% contact with the surface, protecting the waterproofing from point loads from fill material.
- Tolerates settlement
The loosely connected sliding film lets the membrane move with settling backfill without major effect on the waterproofing.
- No silting of the dimples
The geotextile's 150 μm opening size is highly filter-stable and stops the dimpled sheet clogging.
- Standards conformity
CE-marked per DIN EN 13252, meets DIN 4095, DIN 18533 and the PMBC planning and execution guideline.
Where to Use
High compressive strength allows installation depths up to 10 m, and the large drainage capacity handles very high water loads. Can also drain methane and radon. Install parallel or perpendicular to the ground surface, with the printed geotextile facing the soil or backfill.
Long-side overlaps use the self-adhesive edge. At end joints, the lower sheet must extend at least 20 cm under the upper sheet. Also suitable for horizontal applications.
