DELTA®-SOFTFLEXX: EPDM Damp-Proof Course
A highly flexible, bitumen-resistant EPDM wall barrier to EN 14909. Can be used as an L-shaped barrier in cavity masonry or as a horizontal seal in timber frame construction.

Advantages
- Elasticity of up to 300 percent
Easy to work, especially at corners and edges. No complex jointing needed; joints can be bonded permanently with DELTA®-THAN, saving a lot of time.
Where to Use
Bonded to the masonry with DELTA®-THAN as an L-barrier and also fixed mechanically with washer-head nails. Alternatively fixed to the rising masonry with DELTA®-MWSP CLIP. Internal and external corners are easy with DELTA®-MAUERWERKSECKE or DELTA®-FLEXX-BAND FG 150.
